Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Creative Sprouts! Here's everything you need to know about how your box gets to you.

Where we deliver We deliver countrywide across South Africa. At this stage we don't ship internationally.

Delivery cost Delivery is free, countrywide, on all orders, both once-off boxes and Sprout Path subscriptions. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Order processing Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–3] business days of your order being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We pour a lot of care into each box, so this little window lets us make sure everything's just right before it leaves us.

Delivery times Once your box is on its way, you can expect it within:

• Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days
• Outlying and regional areas: 3–7 business days

These are estimates from our courier partner and aren't guaranteed, as delivery can occasionally be affected by things outside our control (weather, courier delays, load-shedding, peak periods).

Subscriptions Your first Sprout Path box ships as soon as your first payment goes through, following the processing time above. After that, your box is billed and dispatched on roughly the same date each month, so it arrives in a predictable rhythm. If you need to pause, skip, or change your subscription, please do so at least [2–3] days before your next billing date so we can action it before your box is packed. You can manage all of this from your account.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a notification with tracking details so you can follow your box to your door.

Delivery address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a delivery fails because no one's available to receive it, our courier will usually attempt redelivery additional fees for repeated failed attempts may apply.
