1. Product Use & Supervision
Creative Sprouts boxes are designed for toddlers aged 2–5 and are intended for educational and recreational purposes only. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are engaging with the materials provided.

2. Safety Disclaimer
a. Choking Hazards
Some items in our boxes may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years without close adult supervision. These items may pose a choking risk. Always inspect materials before use and ensure they are age-appropriate for your child.

b. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including (but not limited to) wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, corn, nuts, latex, and natural dyes. While we take care to list ingredients when possible, Creative Sprouts cannot guarantee that all allergens will be disclosed. Please exercise caution if your child has known allergies or sensitivities.

c. Sensory & Messy Play Materials
Sensory play materials (e.g., slime, dough, beads) are not for consumption. Keep materials away from eyes and mouth. Wash hands after use and store items safely out of reach of unsupervised children.

d. Responsibility
Creative Sprouts is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, adverse health condition, or damage resulting from the misuse of our products or failure to follow safety guidelines.

3. Subscription & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle via your account or by contacting our support team. Cancelled subscriptions will not receive a refund for boxes already processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship boxes promptly each month. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, stories, activities, and content included in Creative Sprouts boxes are the intellectual property of Creative Sprouts and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Sprouts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of our products.

7. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. The most current version will always be available on our website.
